1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bk33cm website located at bk33cm.org and all sub-pages, services, and features available therein.
• "Player" / "you" means any individual who registers an account with or accesses any part of the bk33cm Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held in a Player's bk33cm Account, whether deposited, won, or received as a bonus.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, deposit match, or reward offered by bk33cm to eligible Players.
• "Wager" means any bet, game round, or financial stake placed by a Player using Account Funds on any product available through the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the bk33cm Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Registration is permitted for individuals who are residents of Bangladesh or Bangladeshi nationals accessing the Platform from abroad. bk33cm reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's name, or using falsified personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh. bk33cm may request documentary evidence of this information at any time.

2.5 bk33cm reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify bk33cm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, bk33cm shall treat all activity on your Account as authorised by you.

3.3 bk33cm will never contact you to request your password by email, phone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from bk33cm that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that no minors under the age of 21 have access to your Account or your device while your Account session is active.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported local payment methods.

4.2 Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's deposit interface.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bk33cm reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.5 bk33cm reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending verification of Account identity.

4.6 Deposits made to the Platform may not be refunded once processed except at the sole discretion of bk33cm in exceptional circumstances and subject to verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 bk33cm may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and validity periods that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms for each offer.

5.3 Bonuses are credited to your Account at bk33cm's discretion. bk33cm reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Only one bonus may be active on a single Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

5.5 Any attempt to abuse bonus structures, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using bonus funds solely to meet withdrawal thresholds without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.6 bk33cm may run seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural and sporting events including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. These are subject to separate promotional terms published at the time of each event.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets, casino game rounds, and other Wagers placed on bk33cm are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. Game rules are accessible within the respective game or betting interface.

6.2 Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. bk33cm reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted in error, including cases where odds or game parameters were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 bk33cm uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games including slots and table games. The RNG is tested for fairness in accordance with industry standards. Live dealer games are provided by reputable third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.

6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the record held by the bk33cm platform server shall be the definitive record. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, bk33cm will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly and communicate the outcome to the affected Player within a reasonable time.

6.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Wager and per product. These limits are displayed within the respective betting or gaming interface and may be adjusted by bk33cm at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk33cm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in any way not sanctioned by bk33cm.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or insider information betting.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to charge back any payment processed through the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bk33cm staff or other Platform users.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 bk33cm is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered Players. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.

10.3 The bk33cm name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary to bk33cm. Use of any bk33cm brand asset without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 bk33cm provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, bk33cm does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk33cm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, delays in withdrawal processing, or temporary suspension of Platform access.

11.3 bk33cm's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 bk33cm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

12.2 Continued use of the bk33cm Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.3 bk33cm's decision in respect of any dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account status shall be final, subject only to demonstrable evidence of a material error on the part of the Platform.
